My firm seeks to change the relationship with attorneys and clients from defensive, where you only interact when there is a problem, to offensive, where she works as a partner to plan for grow, risk, and success as a part of her client’s advisory team.

    Her journey to law began with her education as a graduate of Florida A & M University in their five year MBA Program. This laid the foundation for her business interest and led her back to her hometown of Houston to begin a career in business management as the COO for a million dollar physician practice. Within this role she was able to hone critical business skills including human resource management, financial forecasting and reporting, and strategic planning. Her desire to start on her own journey to entrepreneurship lead her to step into the role as a commercial real estate broker where she worked to assist business owners find the perfect office space for their business and more than $20 million in real estate transactions. With the experience under her belt Eleanor began to better understand the legal risks that most business owners encountered and which could put their business in critical danger if not addressed. Identifying this need lead her to attend the part time program at South Texas College of Law. As a practicing attorney she works to assist in mitigating legal risk while also ensuring they have a strong foundation to allow them to achieve exponential growth in their business. Eleanor’s community impact has included being President of the Young Leaders of the Intown Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Urban League, NBMBAA, Junior League, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and a board member of ICON Women’s Organization.
